FAQ
Are the Inflatables clean ?
Yes they are, we always check our inflatables after every hire, & clean if needed. All we ask is that you make sure no one eats on the inflatable, and if you do make a mess on the castles please just wipe it up.
What type of surface do I need?
Grass on a level surface is the safest.
How much space do I need?
2ft extra either side of the inflatable & about 5 ft in front to make it easy to get on & off and 5 ft behind the inflatable for the blower.
When will my Inflatable arrive?
Castles will normally deliver your inflatable between 8am and 12pm . If you have booked a hall for your party we can accommodate special delivery times providing it is confirmed at time of booking.
Is the equipment safety tested?
Yes all our inflatable have current safety certificates and the blowers & extension leads are pape tested our extension leads all have RCD plugs fitted.
Are you insured?
Yes. We are fully insured for £1,000,000 Public liability cover and copies of the insurance certificate can be supplied on request.
Why don’t we go through houses?
Inflatables when packed away are often bigger than expected, and so to move them we use large sack trucks unfortunately if it should rain water will get inside the inflatable and this tends to drain out whilst being removed.
Can you get up a flight of steps?
No. Because of the size and weight of the inflatables we can not cope with a flight of step’s, but one or two step’s are achievable.
How does the castle stay up?
We use electric blowers, which stay on all the time the inflatable is in use, and we can provide up to 50 meters of extension lead.
